smooth processadjustable brightness
I enjoyed how smooth and fast the check-in process was. the lighting in the room was also very nice. It has different brightness levels you can adjust (a big plus for setting the mood).

lovely staffspacious roomspleasing aesthetics
the staff was lovely. saif, yasser, and mohamed radadd always wore a smile. they made sure my husband and i had everything needed always. the rooms are spacious with pleasing aesthetics. cleaners kept them up every day.
the music near the pool repeated. it felt very monotonous.

i didnt like a couple things. the music at the pool was too loud. it started early in the morning. the same songs was played repeatedly, it was very irritating. i also found the food to not be that good. the taste was just ok and the options was very limited for a hotel who pretend is fancy.

i found the location quite convenient as it was close to the airport. the premises were very clean, which i appreciated greatly. its proximity to the beach allowed for easy access, and that was a definite plus.
the room lacked proper soundproofing. sounds from the hallway disturbed my sleep, and that was very annoying.

Seven different restaurants provided diverse culinary experiences. it took some time to discover my preferred dishes, but eventually, i enjoyed the variety the hotel offered. That was appreciated. the food tasted great!

I noticed the reception staff was very helpful. basuni and mohamed abdel hakeem stood out for their excellent service. mr hossam okasha, the manager, displayed strong leadership. He was very professional.

The resort featured a state-of-the-art gym. i used the sparkling pool. several spa treatments were available to guests. the hotel design was excellent. That was amazing.

This resort has amazing aesthetic design. The rooms were always super clean and well-kept. The lighting had adjustable brightness, which I found very helpful. Staff members were always friendly (especially Rajab, who was very helpful). Golf carts were always available to transport us around the hotel.
I found that the drinks were of poor quality. The juices did not taste fresh. I had to buy my own elsewhere.

The hotel is very accessible from the airport. It made arrival and departure very easy. The proximity to various attractions allowed for convenient exploration.

The pools and beach access were convenient. There are a lot of activities managed. Access to the beach offers crystal clear water and a beautiful reef. I really enjoyed the aesthetic.

I appreciated all staff. The staff were accommodating. Cool boxes are delivered to our sunbeds daily. They are regularly topped up with water and soft drinks.

The hotel features a la carte dining in its restaurants. I ate very tasty food in the restaurants (I especially liked Egyptian foods). The quality of the food in all restaurants was top-class.
